Pallet type hydro cooler is a pre-cooling device for processing corn in large quantities. The entire tray is placed above the water tank, and cold water is poured on the loading pallet from top to bottom through the water circulation in the system, taking away the heat of the corn to achieve the purpose of cooling.

The hydro cooler is divided into three main parts: the control system, the water chiller unit, the water spray and the water tank device.

Control system: including electrical accessories, stainless steel electrical panel, PLC control, safety and alarm settings.

Specific design:
1. The water used is recyclable water. The water circulates in the water tank and the refrigeration unit, and the temperature gradually drops from normal temperature to 4~5 degrees. It is generally not recommended to do low temperature, the water will freeze if the temperature is too low. Flake ice can be added to the water tank to lower the temperature of the cold water.

2. The water tank is equipped with an isolation/filter device to prevent leaf stems from entering the circulation system and polluting the product and system.

3. The amount of spraying water can be controlled by the valve.

4. Conveyor belt can be added to facilitate pallet delivery.

5. The water tank and spray component are made of SUS 304 stainless steel for hygiene purpose.
